RecipeScaleAI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Service to do the same. RecipeScaleAI allows users to paste recipe text into our AI scaling tool. This text is processed temporarily (cached for up to 24 hours) and is not published publicly on our website.

If you believe that content on RecipeScaleAI infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated DMCA agent.

Requirements for a Valid DMCA Notice

Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt within 3 business days
  2. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly (within 5–10 business days)
  3. Notify the person who submitted or hosts the content (if applicable) of the removal
  4. Provide information about counter-notification rights if applicable

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). A valid counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address

Repeat Infringer Policy

While our Service does not maintain user accounts, we reserve the right to block access (by IP address or other technical means) to any user who repeatedly submits infringing content.
