RecipeScaleAI is a free online tool that provides:

• AI Recipe Scaling: Parse and scale recipe ingredients using AI (powered by OpenRouter / Google Gemini API)
• Measurement Conversion: Convert between cups, grams, ounces, milliliters, tablespoons, teaspoons, and pounds
• Oven-to-Air-Fryer Converter: Adjust cooking time and temperature
• Ingredient Conversion Pages: Reference pages for specific measurement conversions

The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising and affiliate commissions. AI-generated results are provided "as is." Results may not always be accurate. Always verify AI scaling results against your original recipe before use, especially for precision baking.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service for personal cooking and baking, commercial cooking (restaurant, catering), educational purposes, and content creation.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Submit automated, scripted, or bot-driven requests to our AI parsing API
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service
• Submit harmful content designed to manipulate AI outputs or exploit vulnerabilities
• Submit content for prohibited purposes (controlled substances, dangerous compounds)
• Misrepresent AI-generated results as scientifically verified nutritional or medical information

5. AI-Generated Content

5.1 Nature of AI Output

You acknowledge that:

• AI recipe parsing may produce inaccurate results, including incorrect quantities or missing items
• AI results are intended as a starting point, not a guaranteed-accurate final output
• You should always verify AI-scaled results against your original recipe

5.2 No Warranty on AI Accuracy

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE that AI-generated recipe conversions are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular dietary requirement or cooking application. You use AI-generated results at your own risk.

6. Nutrition and Food Safety

Any nutrition information provided by the Service is for general informational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice, dietary advice, or treatment recommendations. Always follow food safety guidelines appropriate to your cooking methods.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided recipe text) are owned by [Your Company LLC]. You retain all rights to the recipe text you paste. By submitting recipe text, you grant us a limited, temporary license to transmit that text to our AI processing service for the sole purpose of providing the scaling service you requested. This license expires when your KV cache entry expires (within 24 hours).
